Enlisted Member Polls:
All members have the right to post a poll to kick anyone out of the clan, except the current President or Vice-President. We do not "ban" members.
All members have the right to vote in the annual HoA election.
All members have the right to post a poll to demote the current president or vice-president to an "Enlisted Member"; this poll requires at least 68% in favor to pass.
All Basic Member Polls must last for at least 5 days.

Council Polls:
Council polls are limited to the following subjects:
Recruitment
Website/Representation
Servers
Clan Strategy/Plans
Clan Law
All Council Polls must last for at least two days, unless the council comes to a 70% agreement beforehand.

What is the Council?
The council is made up of the President/Vice-President as well as every Officer.

Who are Officers?
Officers are members who have been promoted by the President or Vice-President. Officers have specific responsibilities given to them, in addition to server admin and powers necessary to do their job. These responsibilities will be titled in the
"HoA Members" section. Officers also are part of the council. The President may have the final say in promotion or demotion of an officer.
